We first perform a calorie expenditure assessment on you to determine the appropriate plan of action for your nutrition program and walk you through the process. In addition, you’ll receive a shopping list to eliminate the stress of determining what foods to purchase. The best part: we take the guess work out of your daily eating plan!

The importance of knowing what to eat is paramount! Eating the proper foods is absolutely necessary for the success of any exercise/nutrition regimen. You will also gain an understanding of portion size, an equally important requirement for achieving fitness/wellness success.

Timing is crucial. Included with your nutrition consultation you will get a description of how often you should eat your meals. If you have an extremely busy lifestyle we can work with you to develop a strategy for meeting your dietary needs and suggest drive-thru healthy options.
