Active Bodies offers Cross-Training, a training platform where a personal trainer coaches up to 6 people during a workout session. Though, this style of training breaks away from the typical 1-on-1 personal training format, group training for many clients offers a more engaging, enjoyable and affordable method of supervised fitness training.
Our Cross-Training program is a blend of resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, body stabilization and core development using dynamic body movements to transform the body and maximize calorie burning. Any session can involve the use of kettlebells, resistance bands, battle ropes, dumbbells, TRX, sandbags, and whatever else we can find. A variety of timed interval protocols are utilized to ensure an intense and challenging workout.
