The Active Bodies boot camp is a 4-week and or 1-Week co-ed fitness program geared toward dropping the fat off your body! The workouts are designed for beginner and intermediate exercisers and is a great way to challenge the body’s metabolic systems. When you come to the Active Bodies boot camp expect the unexpected. It will be intense, but it will be a lot of fun, too!
The Active Bodies boot camp lasts for about one hour and meets every Mon, Wed & Thurs @ 5:30am. The Registration Deadline is the Thursday prior to the first day of the new boot camp.
